All promo codes will expire on November 30, 2020 at 11:59 PM EST, and can only be used once per business/household until its limit is reached (5 domain registrations, 50 domain transfers, 1 monthly Stellar hosting plan, and 20 yearly Stellar/Stellar Plus hosting plans).
If there are other promotions active for products included in our Black Friday Cyber Monday sale (November 24 – November 30 2020), the highest discount rate (only) will be applied to the transaction.
Only one promo code may be applied per transaction. Products requiring different promo codes cannot be bought together, so must be processed in separate transactions.

Domain and hosting transfers operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Domains
Your domain is renewed for 1 year during the transfer (although there may be certain exceptions for some ccTLDs like .UK domain family). 1 year is added to the current expiration date of eligible domains. Any registration time left with your existing provider is carried over during the transfer, provided your domain meets the requirements stated below.
In all cases discounts are valid for the first year only (except .AI which must be registered for 2 a year minimum). All domains renew at their regular prices.
If you select 2-10 year registrations for a domain during the promo, the discount will apply for year 1 only.
Domain promotional prices apply to new, first-year registrations only.
ICANN (the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) charges a mandatory annual fee of $0.18 for each domain registration, renewal, or transfer. This will be added to the list price for some domains at the time of purchase. See full list of affected domains.
Discounts cannot be used to register or transfer premium domains.
You’ll receive a WhoisGuard subscription absolutely FREE with every eligible domain registration, renewal, or transfer. WhoisGuard subscription expiration is based on purchase date rather than activation date.

Hosting
Our Stellar Plus Plan offers unmetered disk space, intended only for your website. This space must be used in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), in particular Paragraph 10.2.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee for hosting is not applicable during our Black Friday & Cyber Monday campaign.
Hosting promotional prices apply to new purchases only and are not valid for renewals.
Hosting deals are available for our US Datacenter only. Hosting plans with a UK-based Datacenter are sold at their regular prices and are available through request to Customer Support only.
Cancelling an existing hosting plan to get a new one at the discounted rate is not permitted.

SSL Certificates
SSL promotional prices apply to new purchases, and also renewals of existing SSL certificates included in the offer that occur during the offer period.
SSL certificates must be installed on your web server. Therefore, an end-to-end SSL installation support is possible only in cases where the domain name is hosted with Namecheap. If the domain is hosted with any other provider, please contact their support team for assistance with CSR generation and SSL installation.
Selected orders may be flagged for an additional "Brand Validation" procedure by the Certificate Authority. This is a necessary security measure. If the order is flagged for Brand Validation, SSL issuance will be delayed for a period of time deemed necessary by the Certificate Authority.
Private Email
All discounts are for the first year price only. Renewals are available at the regular prices.
All Private Email plans are subject to the following conditions.
Private Email service is not eligible for a refund due to the free trial periods available with any Private Email plan.
Trial period is considered a purchase, and no introductory offers may be used upon renewal after this period.
VPN

PremiumDNS
If your domain name’s expiration date is more than a year away, our system will synchronize your PremiumDNS service to expire on the same date as your domain name and prorate the cost of PremiumDNS accordingly. To align with your domain name, the prorated cost will apply for one year plus the appropriate number of months. This only works for domains purchased from Namecheap.
If you switch from another third-party DNS provider to PremiumDNS, the existing DNS records with that third-party DNS provider will not automatically transfer over to Premium DNS, which may result in downtime for your domain name. You will need to manually add any existing DNS records to PremiumDNS after switching from a third-party DNS provider to PremiumDNS.
Premium DNS will not be offered during domain name transfers. Namecheap reserves the right to deny PremiumDNS service to any user without explanation.
DNSSEC is only available for TLDs that support DNSSEC.
